Brett Muller, CEO
Brett has a family history of small business ownership and founded several entrepreneurial ventures prior to purchasing Guardian Services. Brett currently leads the growth and expansion of Guardian from a small family business to a multi-million dollar company. Prior to acquiring Guardian, Brett spent over 10 years in sales and management in a variety of industries, including commercial real estate, industrial communications and consumer goods. His understanding of the financial and structural needs of successful business growth enables Guardian to compete with much larger companies.
Brett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He holds a Texas AC Contractors license and various industry certifications. A volunteer judge and mentor for NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship), Brett is active in local efforts to encourage the development of young entrepreneurs.

Mike Masek - Houston Area Manager
Mike Masek is heading up our Houston office. With a decade of management experience resolving issues, finding innovative solutions, and creating win-win outcomes, Mike looks forward to solving your HVAC cleaning, and kitchen exhaust service needs. Mike graduated from Texas A&M University and has been a resident of Houston since 2001.

Layce Werling- Customer Account Representative
Layce who recently joined our team in July 2011 and was raised in a small town in NE Iowa. After attending 3 years of college towards pre-radiology she made a move to the Dallas area in October 2008. She soon made a change after her years in business administration and customer service pointed her our way. Layce is known for creating an inviting atmosphere in the office and having a smile present at all times. Shes looking forward to getting to know all of her clients as your new contact for kitchen exhaust cleaning needs. Layce believes in the Guardian team and what they can provide and achieve for every client.

Virgie Mullins - Office Manager
Virgie joined the Guardian team in 1995 and handles all dispatching and crew scheduling. She also handles accounting duties, customer inquires, and inventory management. Virgie works hard to insure the right technician is dispatched to the right job with the right supplies. She also acts as the "Office Mother" and keeps us all in line.

Chris Jones - Project Manager & Safety Director
Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University and has been in the Construction Industry for several years. Chris is confident he can attend to all of your HVAC system cleaning needs. His motto is, “do it once, do it right.”
Chris is proud to call Dallas home with a new bride and two young boys that enjoy being dad's little assistants.
