Dakota Seamon serves as a Technical Supervisor in the Operations division of Guardian Services, where he leads crews in the delivery of kitchen exhaust cleaning services. A Dallas native, Dakota joined Guardian two years ago and quickly advanced from technician to supervisor, demonstrating strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to problem-solve in the field. Before joining Guardian, Dakota worked in handyman services and cable/internet installation, bringing with him hands-on mechanical experience and customer-facing skills. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has foundational experience in electrical and HVAC work, which supports his ability to manage complex systems and guide technicians through on-site troubleshooting. Dakota is motivated by faith, family, and the example set by his grandfathers — both lifelong maintenance professionals — whose work ethic inspired his career path. His leadership style is firm but understanding, and he is recognized for keeping his teams composed, supported, and focused on doing the job correctly the first time. One of his proudest accomplishments is earning his promotion into leadership and continuing his education while working full-time. Committed to Guardian’s values of safety, professionalism, and integrity, Dakota contributes to the company’s culture by staying genuine, level-headed, and dedicated to both people and performance. His long-term goal is to give 100% to Guardian Services while completing his college degree in Computer Science. Outside of work, Dakota enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing soccer, and applying his computer skills. He operates with a mindset of resilience and forward motion, guided by the principle: “If you aren’t first, you’re last.”
