Guardian Services CEO
Brett has a family history of small business ownership and founded several entrepreneurial ventures prior to purchasing Guardian Services. Brett currently leads the growth and expansion of Guardian from a small family business to a multi-million-dollar company. Prior to acquiring Guardian, Brett spent over 10 years in sales and management in a variety of industries, including commercial real estate, industrial communications and consumer goods. His understanding of the financial and structural needs of successful business growth enables Guardian to compete with much larger companies.
Brett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He holds a Texas AC Contractors license and various industry certifications. A volunteer judge and mentor for NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship), Brett is active in local efforts to encourage the development of young entrepreneurs.
Vice President of Business Development
Jamie joined Guardian Services in early 2018 and comes to us with over 15 years’ franchising and business development experience. After earning her Psychology (Industrial & Organizational) degree from the University of North Texas, she completed her Master of Business Administration in Las Vegas. Her franchising and sales experience began with the international commercial cleaning company, Jani-King, where she quickly moved up the ranks from Regional Director to Executive Vice President where she was responsible for over $500M annually in regional offices all over the country. She later joined Neighborly (formerly The Dwyer Group) as a consultant who coached hundreds of franchise owners on systems, operations, financials, management, and sales/marketing. Jamie also owned and operated her own consulting firm where she consulted multiple franchisors and franchisees on systems, sales/marketing, management, and operations.
Jamie enjoys building relationships professionally and helping her community. She volunteers and/or donates to local children’s homeless shelters/transitional living homes and several local animal shelters.
Vice President of Operations
Billy spent 20 years in the United States Air Force leading high-level program and initiatives relating to large-scale military strategies and processes. After his retirement from the military, Billy was hired on as a Regional Operations Director for a Fortune 200 telecommunications company. He led the SouthCentral region with over $100M dollars annually in revenue encompassing 7 states, 28 offices and 539 personnel. Billy joined the Guardian team in August of 2016 as Director of Operations and he is currently Vice President of Operations and oversees 14 crews. Billy obtained a Master of Science degree from Liberty University. He is a mentor for 17-year-old young men women in his local community.
