Jamie Reeder serves as President and Officer of Guardian Services, bringing nearly eight years of executive leadership to the organization and more than 25 years of experience in business development, organizational strategy, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Guardian, Jamie owned and operated two businesses, consulted for national franchisors, and served as Executive Vice President for an international billion-dollar janitorial firm. Jamie joined Guardian Services with a vision to build structure, scale, and sustainability within a small but promising company. Since then, she has led the organization through steady and profitable growth — doubling field crews, dramatically reducing turnover, navigating major transitions including acquisitions and COVID-19 disruptions, and establishing Guardian as a respected, reputable, and recognizable brand throughout North Texas. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and an MBA, Jamie specializes in executive leadership, strategic planning, profitability and budgeting, culture development, and long-term sustainable growth. She is known for a high-expectation, high-accountability leadership style grounded in integrity, clarity, and discipline, with a deep commitment to recognizing and developing high-performing people. Jamie credits her success to a balance of formal mentorship, disciplined execution, and the strength of the team she leads. Motivated by integrity, family, and personal standards of excellence, she continues to drive Guardian toward long-range market dominance with a goal of achieving at least 50% market share in the coming years. Outside of work, Jamie is an artist and avid supporter of animal rescue organizations. She enjoys travel, museums, painting, gardening, and time with family and friends — especially her beloved Shih Tzu, Lucy.
