Mohammad Ramesh Malikzada is a Technical Supervisor in the Operations division of Guardian Services, where he has served for four years. Originally from Afghanistan, Ramesh joined Guardian after a career as a language interpreter, bringing with him strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the cultural adaptability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Ramesh began his career at Guardian as a technician and quickly earned promotion to Technical Supervisor, where he now leads and develops crews in the field. He specializes in advising, teaching, and leading technicians to complete each job correctly the first time, with a consistent focus on customer satisfaction. One of his proudest accomplishments is building a cohesive team that works efficiently and responds well to his situational leadership approach. He contributes to Guardian’s success by ensuring PPE compliance, reinforcing safety and professionalism on every job, and maintaining a high standard of execution for both technicians and service quality. Ramesh has also played a vital role in talent growth and retention by recruiting approximately twenty new team members from his country — all of whom remain employed at Guardian today. Motivated daily by the performance of his team, Ramesh takes pride in creating results through people — ensuring jobs are done right, customers are satisfied, and Guardian’s mission is upheld. His long-term goal is to continue growing in leadership within the company while developing others to do the same. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports.
