Protective plastic sheeting is used to cover all vulnerable surfaces and all access points are re-sealed, per code. System performance is checked, and our technicians remove all the protective covers. Photo documentation is provided for all projects to document the before and after condition of the system and ensure all areas are properly serviced. Additional cleanliness testing can be performed where required.
- Inspection & Report: We perform a comprehensive kitchen exhaust system survey and inspect for damage and code issues. A complete system status report is generated and provided to you.
- Timely Proposal: Our Account Representative will deliver an electronic proposal for services the same day. We understand that in food service, time is of the essence.
- Initial Service: Once you've reviewed and accepted your electronic proposal for services, our team goes to work immediately to on-board your location, ordering necessary parts and scheduling your initial service.
